Doreen Schmid, CPA

Doreen Schmid CPA is the owner and founder of Advanced Tax
Solutions, LLC.  Doreen graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1999.  After graduation, she completed a three month internship in Atlanta at the BIG 4
accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.  After receiving her Master's in
Taxation from the Florida Atlantic University in 2000, Doreen started working at the Ft. Lauderdale office of Deloitte & Touche, where she gained valuable skills concerning C-Corp Returns, S-Corp Returns, Partnerships and Individuals.  While at Deloitte & Touche, she also sat for and received her CPA license.  During her four years at Deloitte, Doreen built relationships in the South Florida community and gained valuable business and tax knowledge.  

At the end of 2004, Doreen left Deloitte & Touche to work in
industry.  She worked for a booming home-builder in Hollywood,
becoming essential to the initial development of their in-house tax
department.  She acquired valuable knowledge in tax planning and
continued to build her relationships in the South Florida Community.  
With ten years of experience, Doreen offers Big 4 experience and
industry knowledge to her client base at reasonable rates.
